Frameless Shower-Door Installation

Crystal-clear glass • Custom hardware • Installed in 7–10 days

Ultra-clear frameless shower enclosure installed in a Seattle master bathroom

Why choose a frameless enclosure?

By removing the bulky metal channels you see on framed sliders and pivot doors, a frameless enclosure gives you an uninterrupted sheet of glass. That makes small bathrooms feel larger and lets tile work become the focal point. With no aluminium tracks to trap water, frameless doors are also easier to keep mould-free and wipe down in seconds.

Our 4-step process

  1. On-site measurement (1-3 days’ notice). Once you call or request a quote, we book a visit within the next business week to level-measure wall angles and door openings.
  2. Custom template + hardware selection. You receive a dimensioned sketch showing hinge layout, handle style, and finish options so you know exactly what will be installed.
  3. Local fabrication. We order tempered glass from a Seattle-area fabricator that cuts to our template and polishes every edge. Turn-around is typically 7–10 business days.
  4. Installation & leak test. The crew sets the panels, applies clear silicone, and makes sure every joint is leak proof before leaving. Most installs finish in about two hours.

Frequently asked questions

How thick is the glass you use?

We use 3/8-inch (10 mm) or 1/2-inch (12 mm) tempered Starphire™ glass, depending on span and hinge load.

Do frameless doors leak?

When measured and installed correctly they are watertight. Every enclosure is sealed with clear silicone and made sure to be water proof from any leaks.

Can you match my existing matte-black fixtures?

Yes. We stock matte-black, brushed nickel, chrome, and brushed gold hardware, and we can special-order nearly any finish.
