IGo Green Enterprises Inc. respects your privacy. This page describes how we handle the limited information you share with us.

Information we collect

When you submit a project request through our forms, we collect the contact details and project information you provide (name, phone, email, service interest, and any photos you choose to upload).

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your project request, schedule an in-home measure, and follow up on your install. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Form processing

Form submissions are processed by Usebasin (usebasin.com), which forwards the submission to our team. Photos uploaded through the form are delivered as email attachments.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, configured via Google Tag Manager, to understand site usage. This collects standard browser and visit information; it does not collect personally identifying details unless you submit them through a form. Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_5WV6WH8PEC cookies. These load only after you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner. Nothing non-essential runs until you consent. Embedded maps

Our home and contact pages include an embedded Google Map showing our service area. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and device data and may set its own cookies. The map is a functional feature that loads only after you accept in our cookie banner; if you decline, the map is not loaded.

Your choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Because all non-essential technologies are off until you accept, we also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.
