Tima's story
Tima came to America at a young age. He worked through tough economic conditions and discovered a talent for handiwork — first in carpentry around 2008, then quickly into glass, where he found that the precision and permanence of the work fit him.
Eighteen years later, he is still the one measuring, still the one finishing the install. He has worked on multimillion-dollar Clyde Hill homes — one $7.8M completed estate, one $8.5M estate currently in progress — and partnered with developers like Greenbuild on Seattle apartment complex installations. He works with both contractors and homeowners.
If a measurement is wrong on his end, he tells the client and reorders. No hidden defects. No rework dressed up as a feature. The integrity is the brand.

Every project starts with an in-home measure. Tima looks at the opening, the substrate, the fixture clearances, and the way light moves through the space before any glass is ordered.
We source glass from established suppliers and offer the same range you'd see at the highest-end shops in the region — eight glass types, fourteen hardware finishes, two thicknesses. The right pick is whichever one fits the architecture, not the most expensive line item.
Install is Tima and his team. Adjustment within the first year is included — settling, hardware tweaks, anything that needs a callback.
